COVID 19 - Our response

Valued Nortridge User,
At this time when the news is dominated by Coronavirus, I wanted to personally reach out and let all NLS users know that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure the safety of our employees. I believe our employees are the life blood of Nortridge Software and I will spare no expense to keep them safe and healthy. To that end, the entire management team is closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Accordingly, I along with my entire management team have decided to implement certain protocols taken from our disaster recovery plan to ensure uninterrupted support and hosting service to all NLS users. In taking this action, I believe this to be best way to ensure we meet our customer’s needs while doing our part to keep our employees and communities safe.
Here is what we are doing:
- Effective immediately, all Nortridge employees will be provided the necessary secure equipment to allow remote access to their office work stations. This will allow all employees to work from home while maintaining the vast majority of resources available to them under normal circumstances.
- All employees will be given video conference and screen sharing capabilities to ensure continued collaboration between employees and NLS users whenever necessary.
In addition to the steps described above, we have strongly encouraged all our employees to stay at home and wash their hands frequently. We appreciate your trust in us and remain focused on providing continuous excellent service to our clients throughout this time of uncertainty while taking good care of our employees and their families.
